Victror Dumler participates in the British – Russian Law Association’s seminar

On 25 January 2010, Victor Dumler a senior lawyer in the Dispute resolution practice at EPAM’ St Petersburg office, attended a seminar organised by the British –Russian Law Association, where he gave a presentation “You Have an Award, But What’s Next? Enforcing Foreign Arbitration Awards in Russia: Recent Experience.”

The seminar was attended by practicing lawyers, heads of legal departments of major multinational companies, legal consultants and other law professionals and businessmen involved in the arbitration (domestic or international) and who wish to expand their knowledge and understanding of the international arbitration process.

Established in 1992, BRLA organised a number of seminars in Russia funded by the British government involving leading judges, lawyers and academics from the UK and Russia. The seminars included a range of subjects such as an inward investment, judicial review, judicial training, children’s rights and prisoners’ rights.
