The parties to the English law suit between Conn International Group LLC and EPAM and EPAM LLP have reached a full and complete settlement of the suit on mutually agreeable terms.
The parties have agreed that this joint statement shall be the only statement or comment made by either party or their agents, publicly or privately, regarding this matter or regarding one another.
The parties are “pleased to have reached an amicable resolution” said Dimitry Afanasiev and Richard Conn. The parties regret that certain articles in major Russian print media contained numerous inaccuracies and portrayed certain parties in a negative light. The parties consider these articles to be a nullity and the settlement includes the release of any claims between the parties.
