Nikita Gurin spoke at the First International Conference on “Current Issues in the Theory of Evidence”

Today, Moscow hosted the First International Conference on “Current Issues in the Theory of Evidence” which was organised by Lomonosov Moscow State University. At the event, participants analysed and discussed the concept of proof in criminal, administrative, civil and arbitration proceedings. Participants identified key development trends in this area and considered various international case studies.

At the event, participants analysed and discussed the concept of proof in criminal, administrative, civil and arbitration proceedings and considered a concept of uniform law of evidence and the prospect of its development in modern Russia.

Nikita Gurin, an Advocate at EPAM, delivered the paper “Burden of Proof in Bringing Persons to Administrative Liability, as a Group of Persons, for Abuse of Dominance”.
