Today Nikita Gurin, an attorney at EPAM, spoke at the conference ‘Evolution of Law in 2010’. The event was organized by the law department of the Moscow State University.
The amendments introduced to the law of Russia and other countries in 2010 and identify the main law development trends were analyzed during the conference.
The conference included three sections:
• Constitutional Law. Administrative Law. Financial Law;
• Civil Law. Family Law. Labor Law. Civil Litigation;
• Criminal Law. Criminal and Enforcement Law. Criminal Litigation;
Nikita Gurin gave a speech at the ‘Constitutional Law. Administrative Law. Finance Law’ session, delivering a report on the administrative regulation of the relations in the area of competition and corporate relations in accordance with the amendments to Russian law made in 2009-2010.
