The book Transactions with Bills of Exchange is based on the Master’s Degree thesis of the author and is dedicated to a controversial issue of how a transaction with a promissory note and a principal transaction influence each other. Anton Alekseev offers the reader answers to questions about what is a bill of exchange agreement, can a bill of exchange be sold by its issuer and when it is possible not to pay a bill of exchange. Additionally, the author explains why bills of exchange are so unpopular in Russia.
