Ilya Nikiforov, managing partner of St.Petersburg office of EPAM, has spoken at the IBA Conference in Prague regarding enforcement of foreign arbitration awards in Russia. The presentation was made as a part of annual conference of the International Bar Association (IBA) (25-30 September 2005), which was attended by about 4,000 business lawyers from all parts of the world. Russian delegation to the conference included Dimitry Afanasiev, the Chairman of EPAM Law.
