Oksana Ilchenko, EPAM law firm

Oksana Ilchenko was promoted to partner of EPAM law firm (previously Magisters).

In her new capacity Ilchenko will become head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate practice in Ukraine.

Oksana Ilchenko joined the Firm in 2005 and has more than 10 years of hands-on experience in M&A, competition, corporate and banking law, restructuring and corporate mediation, as well as international commercial contracts.

She regularly advises foreign and Ukrainian investors in obtaining merger clearance, on the issues pertaining to the abuse of dominant position, unfair competition practices and leniency procedures.

Ms. Ilchenko holds degrees from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, she also completed a post-graduate course in International Trade and Business Law in T.M.C. Asser Institute in The Hague, Netherlands.

Markiyan Kliuchkovskyi, EPAM law firm

Markiyan Kliuchkovskyi was appointed partner of EPAM law firm (previously Magisters).

In his new position Markiyan will become co-head of International Arbitration & Litigation Practice and the head of Sports Law Practice in Ukraine.

Markiyan has over 7 years of legal practice experience, representing clients in commercial and investment arbitrations, transnational litigation, energy disputes, mediation & negotiations and sports law.

Since joining the firm in 2004 his practice encompasses representation of interests of the clients in courts and before arbitral tribunals, including SCC, ICC, ICSID, CAS, AAA and LCIA, as well as before ad hoc tribunals.

Mr. Kliuchkovskyi holds Master of International Law at the Kyiv Institute of International Relations, and Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Magna Cum Laude, University of Pittsburgh School of Law, USA.
