Lawyer at EPAM Sergey Golubok takes part in pulicationof new manual ‘An Appeal to the European Court of Human Rights’
The Russian version of ‘An Appeal to European Court of Human Rights’, a manual edited by a well-known British lawyer Philip Litch, was published in Moscow. Sergey Golubok of EPAM is co-author of the manual.
The manual is a practical guide on European Court proceedings with emphasis on the specifics of the Russian market It contains four chapters from Litch’s monograph ‘European Court of Human Rights’ translated into Russian and works by Russian experts on the topic of internal defence in case of a possible Strasbourg trial.
