On 10 October, 2017, EPAM Ukraine will host the URE Club (Ukrainian Real Estate Club) Legal Committee Meeting. Oleg Boichuk, Partner, Head of Real Estate Practice at EPAM Ukraine, will speak at the event.

Among discussion topics:

  • Draft law "On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding incomplete construction projects and potential real estate objects" (BRDO initiative);
  • Draft Law "On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine in the sphere of urban development" (initiative of the Ministry for Regional Development of Ukraine);
  • applying the Procedure for acquisition of rights for land from community property in Kiev.
