Markiyan Kliuchkovskiy speaks at Young ICCA Workshop “Strategy Considerations in International Arbitration”

Markiyan Kliuchkovskyi, Partner of EPAM in Ukraine, participated in Workshop “Strategy Considerations in International Arbitration”, organized by Young ICCA. The event was held on November 13, 2013 in Kyiv.

The programme of the workshop comprised the discussion points on strategy hearing considerations: striking a balance between the client's objectives and budget expectations, choosing the right witnesses, collection and production of documentary evidence, audience interaction with the members of the Tribunal and opposing counsel, witness examination paying attention to cultural differences.

Markiyan Kliuchkovskyi, Partner of International Arbitration and Cross-Border Litigation Practice, delivered his presentation during the session devoted to strategy considerations at the arbitration hearing.

Young ICCA is a worldwide arbitration knowledge and skills network for young practitioners, which was established in 2010 and functions under the auspices of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA). Young ICCA aims to provide a forum for young students and professionals to exchange ideas about international arbitration.
