Irina Stepanova to speak at the 2011 St Petersburg Collegial Readings
On 23-24 June, the 13th Annual International Research and Practice Conference entitled 2011 St Petersburg Collegial Readings will take place. The event will be organized by the regional St Petersburg Patent Attorney Association and the Russian National Library. Irina Stepanova, Senior Lawyer and Head of the Intellectual Property Practice at EPAM, will make a presentation.
This year the Readings will focus on the Intellectual Property: Theory and Practice and will address practical and theoretical issues of legal protection of intellectual property and of intellectual property rights. The conference will bring together professionals from St Petersburg, Moscow and other regions of Russia, as well as from the USA, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other countries.
Irina Stepanova will present a paper entitled Relevant Issues of Protecting Information Constituting a Trade Secret (Know-How), which is based on practical experience of protecting know-how, including legal proceedings.
