Ilona Zekely to participate in IBA European Corporate and Private M&A Conference in Paris

Ilona Zekely, partner at EPAM in Ukraine, will participate in the IBA European Corporate and Private M&A Conference that will be held on 7-8 February, 2013 in Paris, France.

The conference is presented by the IBA Corporate and M&A Committee and supported by the IBA European Regional Forum.

Conference delegates will discuss:

• The strategic and private M&A market in Europe;
• Current legal developments in European private M&A;
• Tax issues that an M&A lawyer cannot ignore;
• EU-Competition notification and how to deal with it in SPA;
• Joint ventures and strategic alliances in Europe;
• Privatisation of public assets – advising the bidder in a bid process;
• Determination of purchase price and adjustment mechanisms;
• Disputes related to private M&A transactions.

European and international lawyers, in-house counsel, investment bankers, accountants and specialists from mergers and acquisitions business involved in European M&A will participate in the Conference.
