Ilona Zekely to participate in 12th Annual International M&A Conference in New York
On 5-6 June, 2013 the IBA 12th Annual International Mergers and Acquisitions Conference will be held in New York. Ilona Zekely , a partner with EPA&P Ukraine will participate in the event.
The conference, presented by the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee, supported by the IBA North American Regional Forum, will for the 12th time bring practitioners from around the globe to discuss the latest emerging developments and hot topics in international M&A law as well as commentary from some of the world’s leading practitioners and experts.
The topics of the conference will include: a review of the worldwide M&A market place, current M&A issues, company and board duties in the M&A context – a global view 2013, private equity today, the BRICS and beyond – 2013, stockholder activism today, cross-border M&A.
