EPAM Ukraine to host the joint meeting of UBA Procedural Law Committee and Non-Governmental Organization “Ukrainian Association of Insolvency Practitioners”

On 13 November, 2014, the joint meeting of Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) Procedural Law Committee and Non-Governmental Organization “Ukrainian Association of Insolvency Practitioners” on “Some Issues of Systematic Arrangement of Bankruptcy Proceedings” will be held in Kyiv.  Arsen Miliutin, Senior Associate of Domestic Litigation Practice at EPAM Ukraine, will participate in the event. 

The participants of the meeting will have the opportunity to discuss  systematic arrangements of bankruptcy proceedings as well as matters of bankruptcy restructuring and consumer bankruptcy.

Head of UBA Procedural Law Committee, Vice President of Non-Governmental Organization “Ukrainian Association of Insolvency Practitioners”, judge of the High Commercial Court of Ukraine, scientists, academics, lawyers and legal practitioners will participate in the event.
