EPAM representatives to participate in the International Bar Association's conference in Moscow
On October 24-25, 2012 the 4th IBA conference on Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia and the CIS will be held in Moscow at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Arkady Krasnikhin, Partner at EPAM, and Maxim Rasputin, Senoir Assosiate at EPAM, will participate in the conference.
The conference participants will review the initiative of Russian law firms within the reform of the Russian Civil Code to amend the Russian legislation to the needs of corporate and M&A transactions.Arkady Krasnikhin will moderate the 2nd session entitled Is Russian law on its way to govern M&A transactions? Maxim Rasputin will deliver a report.
