Dmytro Marchukov to speak at the investment arbitration seminar of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

On September 25, 2012 the seminar Investor-State Arbitration and International Commercial Arbitration: A Refresher of Certain Practical Aspects and Summary of Recent Developments will be held in Kyiv. The event is organized by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in partnership with US law firm Foley Hoag.

The seminar is designed to raise awareness of state companies in the area of investor-state arbitration.

Dmytro Marchukov, Senior Associate of the EPA&P international arbitration practice inUkraine, will give a presentation on the recognition and enforcement inUkraineof international arbitral awards and court judgments issued abroad.
