Dmytro Marchukov spoke at a round table discussion “Court Intervention into International Commercial Arbitration”
On 4 September, 2014, a scientific and practical round table discussion “Court Intervention into International Commercial Arbitration” was held in Kyiv. The event was organized by the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC) together with the Scientific Research Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine and Ukrainian Association of Civil Law Specialists. Dmytro Marchukov, Council of EPAM Ukraine, spoke at the event.
Participants discussed up-to-date tendencies with respect to international arbitration in practice of common and economic courts.
Representatives of the court system of Ukraine, scientists, lawyers practicing in the field of international arbitration participated in the event.
