Dimitry Afanasiev and Ilya Nikiforov to speak at the ABA Fall Meeting in Dublin

The American Bar Association (ABA) Fall Meeting will be held in Dublin on October 11-15, 2011. Partners from EPAM will speak at this event.

The meeting will cover the most topical issues of different areas of law, including Antitrust Law, Corporate Law, Employment Law, Dispute resolution/Litigation, International Tax, Environment, Energy & Natural Resources, Public International Law. Some topics will focus on current problems in legal professional education and law practice management.

Those attending the Fall Meeting will include high-level practitioners with the largest and most respected global law firms; prominent lawyers from regional and national firms outside the US; US-based small-firms and solo practitioners with large international practices; corporate and in-house counsel; lawyers serving in government or with non-governmental and inter-governmental organizations; academics.

Dimitry Afanasiev, Chairman of EPAM, will be speaking on the panel Leading a Law Firm in Turbulent Times.

Ilya Nikiforov, managing partner of EPA&P's St Petersburg office, will be participating in the panel How to Profit in the New Russia Without Sidelining Ethics: An Insider’s Guide to Successful Deal-Making.
