Future Today places EPAM among Russia’s best employers in a recently released ranking, based on a survey of around 20,000 Russian university students.
The Firm listed as one of three law firms, most sought after as a future employer for students at relevant universities and schools.
This is the second time that the Best Employer ranking has been released, using counting methods developed jointly by Future Today and McKinsey. Representatives of more than 60 companies, including BMW Group, Deutsche Bank, Johnson & Johnson, JTI, Mail.ru Group, Mars, Microsoft, McKinsey & Company, PwC, Unilever, MTS, Nornickel, SIBUR, the Russian Central Bank, and others are on the ranking’s supervisory board. About 20,000 students from 38 Russian higher education establishments took part in the survey
