Victoria Laskina represents clients in international arbitration and litigation. Victoria specialises in the recognition and enforcement of judgments in foreign jurisdictions and the coordination of high-profile legal proceedings in France, Spain, the UK, the USA, and other countries.

Victoria’s recent highlights include:

- Defending a respondent in a dispute over the breach of an indemnity agreement in the High Court of Justice in London.

- Representing a client in the Southern District of New York (SDNY).

- Defending an applicant during Russian judgment enforcement and recognition proceedings in Switzerland, as well as securing the attachment of the debtor’s assets.

- Representing the defendant during recovery proceedings brought by an ADR holder.

-Development and implementation of strategies for recovery of debts in cross-border bankruptcy proceedings in France, Spain and the USA.

Prior to joining the Firm, Victoria worked at leading Russian banks.

Victoria graduated from the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Faculty of International Law at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MGIMO).

In 2015, Victoria earned her LL.M. from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also holds an international diploma in project management from the University of California, Berkeley.

In 2020, Victoria was admitted to the New York State Bar Association.
