Ksenia Firsova has been advising on antimonopoly regulation for over 10 years, and also represents clients in disputes with federal and territorial antimonopoly authorities.

She focuses on advising foreign and Russian companies on merger and acquisitions approvals with the FAS Russia, joint ventures, agreements, as well as foreign investments into Russian companies, including those operating in strategic industries.

Ksenia has extensive experience in obtaining approvals from the FAS Russia for major international transactions and from the Government Commission for the Control of Foreign Investment in M&A transactions.

Ksenia is a member of the Foreign Investment Expert Council of the FAS Russia. Ksenia is actively involved in preparing commentaries and clarifications on the application of antimonopoly and foreign investment legislation.

Ksenia graduated from the Law School of the National Research University – Higher School of Economics and graduated with a degree in economics in finance from the same university.

Ksenia is a member of the Moscow Bar Association.
