Dmitry Stepanov Will Hold a Workshop at the Higher School of Economics
On February 18, 2016 Dmitry Stepanov, Partner at EPAM, will hold a workshop at the Higher School of Economics on the topic of his article Demand for Law & Regulation Permissive Rule: Economic Analysis of Law.
During the workshop, Dmitry Stepanov will discuss with the audience the following issues:
- Application of supply and demand laws for intangible benefit and the elasticity of demand for the law.
- The law as a public benefit.
- Migration into the foreign public order as a practical example of the theory of comparative advantage.
- Regulatory economic law analysis: what can and must be done to ensure the supply of law within the national legal order?
