EPAM Advises on the Sale of Tamerlan to X5 Group
EPAM advised on the M&A transaction between Tamerlan company, Pokupochka and PokupAlko convenience store chain operating in the Southern Federal District and Stavropol Territory and X5 Group, the Russia’s biggest food retailer.
The scope of the deal included 295 shops (with a combined selling area of over 120,000 square meters) and lease rights for a distribution centre in the Vologda region. The transaction has received all the necessary regulatory approvals.
