EPAM recognized as ‘Law Firm of the Year in Antitrust Regulation’

EPAM has been honored with the British Lawyers World Law Awards 2011 for excellence in antitrust regulation.

Lawyers World Law Awards are a professional awards granted to leading players of the legal services market in many countries of the world. The winners are the firms who excel in a certain area of practice. The winners were selected out of the nominees based on e-votes submitted by over 17, 000 respondents across the world.

Qualified lawyers at EPAM have many years of experience in advising on antitrust matters, including: representing clients before the Federal Antimonopoly Service; preparing documents to obtain a preliminary approval and for subsequent notification of an antimonopoly authority of a merger, consolidation and setting up a commercial entity; representing clients in litigation with antimonopoly authorities. Year after year, EPAM is recommended by major international directories for excellence in antitrust regulation.
