Today Moscow hosted the International Construction and Real Estate Conference “Moscow and London – Capital Investment Growth?” organized by the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce (RBCC). Ekaterina Medeyko, Construction and Real Estate Practice Leader at EPAM Law, spoke to the conference attendees.
The event brought together leading real estate and construction market specialists from Russia and the UK. The conference audience heard presentations covering the most relevant trends in the real estate market, including finance issues, and key changes in law and legal practice.
Ekaterina Medeyko presented a paper on the “Alignment of Relations in Real Estate Construction” and spoke about the changes to real estate law in 2010 and new trends in federal law for 2011, including land, town planning and civil relations and power supply issues.
