Inna Elisanova to Speak at CCI France Russie Session on the Regulation of Parallel Imports
On 28 November 2023, the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will host a joint session of the intellectual property, IT and digitalization, customs and transport committees titled “Parallel Imports – New Reality and Regulatory Enforcement.” EPAM Law is pleased to announce that Inna Elisanova, Co-Head of International Trade and Customs Practice, will be presenting on the current state and application mechanisms of parallel import regulations at an upcoming event.
The participants will also discuss:
