Ilya Nikiforov and Alexey Karchiomov to Speak at the Far East Legal Forum
On 4-6 September 2023, the Sakhalin Regional Government will hold the Far East Legal Forum. EPAM Law is pleased to announce that Ilya Nikiforov, Managing Partner, and Alexey Karchiomov, Partner, Head of Maritime Shipping and Transport Law Practice and Co-Head of International Trade and Customs Practice, will speak at the event.
The Forum will bring together government officials, business leaders as well as prominent members of the legal community and will focus on legal issues in regards to modern global challenges.
Alexey Karchiomov will speak at the session "Legal Regulation as an Instrument to Improve the Efficiency of Foreign Economic and Port Activities under Current Conditions", moderated by Ilya Nikiforov. Additionally, Alexey will moderate the session "Workshop on Contracting with Chinese Companies".
