Dmitry Stepanov to speak at the Moscow Annual Forum of In-House Lawyers
On November 1, 2011 the VI Annual Forum of In-House Lawyers will take place at Swisshotel in Moscow. Dmitry Stepanov, Partner at EPAM, will make a presentation at the event.
The forum serves as an independent platform for traditional meetings of executives and employees of legal departments from major Russian and international companies. Dmitry Stepanov, Partner at EPA&P, to speak at the plenary session Corporate Law in Russia: Prospects of Development and Application of Legislation. He will deliver a report on Reform of the Russian Civil Code: Creating Laws Favorable for Russian Business. In his report Dmitry will touch upon the background of the Civil Law reform, speak on the amendments made by the Codification Council and voice some of the suggested changes to the Civil Code.
