Dmitry Stepanov to Speak at “Arbitration in the Spotlight. Why Has the Time Come for Alternative Dispute Resolution?”
On 20 October 2016 the Institute of Modern Arbitration non-profit organization will hold a conference entitled “Arbitration in the Spotlight. Why Has the Time Come for Alternative Dispute Resolution?” Dmitry Stepanov, Partner at EPAM, will speak at the event.
On 1 September 2016 the new Federal Law on Commercial (Arbitration) Proceedings in the Russian Federation came into effect, the result of three years of large-scale reform of the arbitration courts as an institution.
What has changed, how the new law will be applied in practice and what the new institution of arbitration can offer business are all issues which will be discussed at the conference.
