Andrey Porfiriev Will Speak at the 4th Stolypin Forum
On September 9-10, 2021, the 4th Stolypin Forum “Post-COVID Syndrome – Rethinking the Economy” will take place. The Forum is hosted by the Stolypin Institute for the Economy of Growth and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The forum is traditionally held with support from the Russian Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneurs’ Rights Boris Titov. Andrey Porfiriev, Partner at EPAM, will attend the forum.
On September 9, 2021 (10:00−11:30), Andrey will speak at the business breakfast “Legal and Public Remedies for Businesses”, organised with support from the Association of Russian Lawyers. Andrey’s report is to address the problem of competition between processes within the framework of state control (supervision) (GKN) and administrative proceedings, expressed in the “substitution” of GKN measures (random inspections) with administrative investigations..
