On 7 December 2017, the results of the Pravo.ru-300 law firms’ ranking for 2017 were revealed at a gala ceremony in Moscow. The ranking is based on a large-scale analysis of the Russian legal services market overseen by an expert council made up of legal department heads from major companies.
The leading regional business newspaper in the Russian northwest, Delovoy Peterburg, has published the results of a new study of the region’s legal market. EPAM is once again the confirmed leader.
EPAM keeps its top position among Russian law firms by the overall number of recommendations according to Best Lawyers 2018. Moreover, the Firm has increased the number of recommended lawyers and practice areas as compared to the last year’s ratings.

On 9 December 2016, the Cbonds Awards 2016 ceremony was held at the fourteenth Russian Bond Congress. EPAM took third prize in the category Best Law Firm in the Bond Market.
On 6 December 2016, an annual awards ceremony took place in Moscow, during which Pravo.ru 300, announced the results of its comprehensive survey of the Russian market for legal consultants. The study identified the top-50 market leaders in terms of revenue, number of associates, and revenue per associate, as well as the market leaders in 17 areas of law both at the federal and regional levels.
The annual Lawyer of the Year awards ceremony was held in Moscow on 3 December 2016. These prestigious legal awards were established by presidential decree in 2009. The winner in the Advocacy category was Boris Puginsky, Doctor of Laws, Honoured Lawyer of the Russian Federation, and Professor of Commercial Law and Legal Method at the Lomonosov Moscow State University Faculty of Law.
Natalia Korosteleva, Competition Law Practice Partner at EPAM, has been named as one of the Global Competition Review’s Women in Antitrust 2016. Natalia is the only lawyer from Russia to be featured among the 100 elite practitioners working on public and private aspects of antitrust litigation and enforcement across multiple jurisdictions.

Authoritative international publication World Intellectual Property Review (WIPR) has ranked Pavel Sadovsky, Head of Intellectual Property / TMT Practice at EPAM among the best practitioners in Russia in both research categories – trade marks and patents.
On June 20, 2017 Russia’s leading business publication Kommersant published the results of the annual international ranking Best Lawyers 2017. According to the guide, EPAM is the leader among Russian law firms by the number of lawyers recommended for various practice areas. EPAM also became the only Russian law firm among the top-10 law firms by the number of lawyers recommended. Ilya Nikiforov, the Firm’s managing partner, has been recommended more than any other lawyer: 13 times for various areas of his expertise. In addition, the member of the Partners' Committee Dimitry Afanasiev gained personal recommendations in 6 categories, including litigation, antitrust and corporate law, international arbitration, investment, mergers and acquisitions.
A reputable annual The Lawyer European 100 Report publishes its 7th edition. According to the publication, EPAM remains the only CIS law firm among the top-100 leaders of Continental Europe. The Firm also tops the list of the leading law firms as per average revenue per partner in 2015.
