On 5 June 2024, the Pravo.ru information and research portal issued “The Best Litigation Lawyers: Results of the Eighth Litigation Survey” publication, in which EPAM Law traditionally holds an elite place in Band 1 in the federal survey of law firms handling 30 or more cases. The Firm has also been named a leader in terms of the number of handled cases among 15 law firms. As the survey states, “…the leader in this category remains the same for the last two years – this is EPAM Law”. The Firm has also been named among the 20 companies with the largest total number of handled claims.
The methods of the survey are based on an analysis of quantitative parameters, including the number of cases in which the firm represented clients in the past year, total amount of claims, number of judgements in the final instances, percentage of successful outcomes, and other metrics. Pravo.ru analysts reviewed the final awards of Russian arbitrazh courts passed from 1 January to 31 December 2023.
