Helen Avakyan to Speak at the All-Russian Conference “Legal Protection for Businesses: Internal Compliance Control and Audit”

On February 28, 2018, Helen Avakyan, Counsel at EPAM and Executive Director at Non-Profit Partnership for Advancement of Corporate Law, will speak at the All-Russian Conference “Legal Protections for Businesses: Internal Compliance Control and Audit” taking place in Moscow.

Key issues to be addressed at the conference:

  • State control and state support measures for businesses. Transition to a risk-oriented control system and its effect on compliance. Setting requirements to compliance management systems.
  • Building a compliance system and managing compliance risks: a comprehensive approach.
