Daria Sergeeva and Maria Kalincheva Will Lecture for Law Students at the St. Petersburg State University
On April 16, 2021, Intellectual Property / TMT Senior Associate Daria Sergeeva and Junior Associate Maria Kalincheva will give a lecture on “What’s Happening to Intellectual Property in the Digitalization Era and What to Do about It?” from a series of online lectures for the members of student research groups at the St. Petersburg State University Law School.
At the lecture, Daria and Maria will cover the practical aspects intellectual property protection on the Internet and what is to be taken into account when the Internet content, blogs and social media are dealt with, and to answer the students’ questions.

The Firm lawyers have been giving virtual lectures for the law students of the St. Petersburg State University as part of its joint program with the school. The program comprises lectures on various areas of law and practice: customs, criminal and IP laws, dispute resolution and bankruptcy. The courses, where attorneys of the Firm share their experience and discuss relevant practical matters, are meant for the members of student research groups.
