Tatyana Neveeva to Speak at AEB Legal Committee

On February 16, 2016, AEB  will hold a regular Legal Committee. Tatyana Neveeva, Senior Associate at EPAM, will speak at the event.

The proposed agenda of the meeting is as follows:

  • New Law on Arbitration and its effects for the future;
  • Update on the AEB Arbitration Court;
  • Financial crisis as material change of circumstances. New trend in judicial practice;
  • Key changes applicable to limited liability companies starting January 2016.
