During the discussion high-powered lawyers and experts from different jurisdictions will talk over the issues of public and private interests affected by the practice of debtors concealing assets in jurisdictions outside the scope of local insolvency laws, challenges faced by creditors in crossborder insolvency proceedings, enforcement of Russian judgments in the U.S., and extraterritorial effect of Russian insolvency laws.
