Olga specialises in international arbitration and litigation. She has acted as counsel and advised parties in complex commercial disputes involving a broad range of matters.
She has substantial experience in representing clients in arbitrations under the Rules of the ICC, LCIA, SCC, ICAC, Swiss Rules of International Arbitration, UNCITRAL and others. She is also well versed in coordinating multijurisdictional litigation proceedings and in recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards, as well as set aside cases. Her expertize also includes investment arbitration and public international law.
Her recent mandates include:
- Arbitration proceedings under the UNCITRAL Rules at the major dispute out of the production sharing agreement;
- Arbitration proceedings under the SCC Rules at the dispute between a major Russian gas company and its Ukrainian counterparty arising out of the supply contract;
- Ad hoc arbitration proceedings in India at the dispute between the Russian investor and Indian partners arising out of the joint venture for titanium production.
Olga co-chairs Russian Arbitration Association 40 (RAA40) and Young IMA.
She holds law degree from the Moscow Lomonosov State University and received an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement from (MIDS) at Geneva Law School and Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. She publishes articles on international arbitration and related issues and speaks at different conferences.
Olga joined Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners in 2008.
She has been admitted to the Moscow Bar Association.
