Nikita specialises in antitrust matters, in terms of protecting the interests of clients in cases on charge of anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominant position. He also provides support to clients within the framework of public and corporate procurement legislation.
His recent experience includes:
- Advising a large Russian metallurgical company on compliance with antimonopoly legislation during formation of sale contracts.
- Representation of the large retailer in the antimonopoly case on charges of setting monopolistically high prices.
Prior to joining EPAM, Nikita worked in the practice of a Russian law firm specializing in company law / full legal support of business.
Nikita graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law of the Lomonosov Moscow State University (2018) and earned a Master's degree in Jurisprudence with honours from the Lomonosov Moscow State University (2020).
