Attorneys of Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev and Partners contributed to the World Bank’s Doing Business 2014 Report, the 11th edition of a joint project of the World Bank and International Finance Corporation (IFC).
More than 7000 specialists from countries all over the world, advisers on private entrepreneurship, lawyers, economists, government officials, as well as the world’s leading scholars provided their expertise and guidance to the project. The Firm’s lawyers from the Moscow and Kiev offices provided their expert commentaries on employment, loans rights, insolvency regulation mechanisms, property and contractual relations.

The Doing Business 2014 Report is an annual study performed by the World Bank Group in order to assess the simplicity of entrepreneurship based on 10 indicators in 189 countries around the world. The report focuses on the evaluation regulations that apply to SMEs throughout their lifecycle and the procedure for their implementation in practice.
