Sergiy Grebenyuk and Arsen Miliutin to present the concept of judicial reform at the Chamber Legal Committee Meeting
On 22 January, 2015, the Legal Committee Meeting of the America Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (the Chamber) will be held in Kyiv. Sergiy Grebenyuk, Counsel, Co-head of Criminal Law Practice, and Arsen Miliutin, Senior Associate of Domestic Litigation Practice at EPAM Ukraine, will speak at the event.
The agenda of the meeting will be the following:
- Overview of the problematic issues in judicial system;
- Presentation of the concept of judicial reform by EPAM Ukraine;
- Discussion of Draft Law #1497 “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Justice and Status of Judges” regarding Improvement of the Bases of Organization and functioning of Judicial Authorities according to the European Standards”;
- Discussion of the action plan in judicial reform.
