On December 3, 2019, in Moscow the 11th International Arbitration Conference “Russia as a Place for Dispute Resolution” is to be held by the Russian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce – the World Business Organization (ICC Russia). Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners will be an intellectual partner of the event, and the Firm partners are to speak at the conference.
The event is traditionally aimed to assist in the development of arbitration proceedings and international commercial arbitration in Russia and the CIS, to popularize Russia as a place for dispute resolution and to promote Russian arbitrators on the national and international levels. Partner and Head of the International Arbitration Practice, Evgeny Raschevsky, will speak at the session entitled “Sanctions in Arbitration”.
