Nikita Gurin to participate at the State and Law: Challenges of the 21st Century (Kutafin Readings) Conference in Moscow
Nikita Gurin, an attorney-at-law with EPAM will participate at the research and practice conference titled ‘State and Law: Challenges of the 21st Century (Kutafin Readings)’. The conference will be held on 1 December 2010 at The Kutafin Moscow State Law Academy.
The conference is a well respected event attended by more than 1,000 people within the academic community of Russia, as well as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldavia, Ukraine, Estonia, Germany, Italy, France, Poland, Serbia and Montenegro.
The event is organized into following sections:
- State and law section;
- International law section;
- Civil law section;
- Criminal law section.
Nikita Gurin will present a report that analyses the concept of a "group" under Russian and German law and offer recommendations on reforming the existing Russian law.
