Markiyan Kliuchkovskyi presents at Sports Arbitration conference in Warsaw

On 8 February 2012, Markiyan Klyuchkovskyi, who leads EPA&P Sport Arbitration practice and is partner of international arbitration and litigation practice in Ukraine, participated in the conference Arbitration in Sport 2012, the first international conference held in Poland related to sports arbitration.

Markiyan spoke on resolution of football disputes in CAS Ad Hoc Division during UEFA EURO 2012. His presentation was focused on Ukrainian prospective of CAS Arbitration and its peculiarities.

The conference was organized by the Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution in partnership with the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration and Young Arbitration Practitioners in Poland (YAPP). TheUniversityofWarsawhosted the event.

Mr. Kliuchkovskyi is regularly recognized as one of the best professionals in international arbitration in Ukraine by leading legal guides. He has unique experience in representing sport clubs and players before various courts and tribunals. Among his recent notable cases is the representation of a Ukrainian football club in a dispute concerning allegations of match-fixing.
