EPA&P Ukraine supports the Annual Conference <em>Kyiv Arbitration Days 2012: Think Big</em>
On November 15-16, 2012 the Annual Conference entitled Kyiv Arbitration Days 2012: Think Big! organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) will be held in Kyiv. EPAM is represented as the general sponsor of the conference.
The goal of the conference is to discuss complex and current issues of international arbitration from the practical perspective.
The conference is planned as a two-day event. Day 1 is devoted to international commercial arbitration, and Day 2 – to international investment arbitration.
Markiyan Kliuchkovskyi, Partner of EPA&P (Kyiv), will report on Treaty Claims vs. Contract Claims: Uncertainty is Certain at the session on international investment arbitrations focusing on preparations for arbitration.
