EPA&P Ukraine holds on-line internet conference "Legal aspects of divorce in Family Law Practice"

On November 15, 2012, EPA&P Ukraine together with internet portals LIGA:ZAKON and Liga.net held online conference on “Legal aspects of divorce in Family Law Practice" in Ukraine. Talina Kravtsova, Head of Family Law Practice at EPA&P Ukraine, advocate, member of Ukrainian Bar Association, advised the audience.

During online conference the following topics of Family Law related to divorce matters were covered:

  • Severance between spouses;
  • Marriage contract;
  • Children’s place of residence;
  • Alimony.

Talina Kravtsova answered on various sensitive questions related to divorce matters.
