EPAM to Participate in IBA’s Russian and CIS “Mergers & Acquisitions” conference

 

On 18-19 November 2009, The International Bar Association (IBA) will host the 1st“Mergers &Acquisitions in Russia and CIS” Conference at the Ritz-Carlton in Moscow. The Conference will be attended by the Chairman Dimitry Afanasiev and the firm’s partner Dmitry Stepanov.

The Conference, co-presented by the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee, the IBA European Forum and “Mergers & Acquisitions” magazine, will discuss the opportunities and risks in the M&A market in the CIS region and provide a comprehensive overview of recent trends, antitrust regulations and Government issues.

The two day event will be attended by leading lawyers, managing partners of leading Russian and international law firms, financial advisers and industry leaders specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions.

Dimitry Afanasiev will present on Key Aspects of the M&A Transactions in Russia and CIS: Legal Due Diligence, Corruption and Other Aspects, while Dmitry Stepanov will moderate session on the Overview of the Latest Developments in Corporate Law in Russia and CIS.
