Arsen Miliutin to Speak at the UBA Discussion “Draft Code of Commercial Procedure: Pros and Cons”
On 22 July, 2016, the Discussion “Draft Code of Commercial Procedure: pros and cons”, organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) Committee on Procedural Law, will be held in Kyiv. Arsen Miliutin, Counsel of Domestic Litigation Practice at EPAM Ukraine, will speak at the event.
Among discussion topics:
- Code of Commercial Procedure and international arbitration: failure to improve;
- establishment of provisional remedy;
- difference in knowledge of the legal expert and judge;
- procedural rights of the parties and other participants of the process.
Arsen Miliutin will report on “Competitiveness in the civil process”.
