Ilya Nikiforov, Managing Partner at EPAM, has been officially appointed Vice-Chair of the International Arbitration Commission for the International Chamber of Commerce Russian National Committee (ICC Russia).
On 9 December 2014, the ICC Russia Arbitration Commission met at the Moscow Office of EPAM. At the meeting, the Commission reviewed its accomplishments during 2014 and considered proposals regarding its activities for 2015. By general agreement, Ilya Nikiforov was selected as Vice-Chair of the Arbitration Commission.
The ICC Russia International Arbitration Commission – established by members of the ICC Russian National Committee in 2000 – is one of ICC Russia's policy commissions. The Commission aims to develop and increase the use of appropriate means of commercial arbitration, and to disseminate throughout the Russian Federation business dispute resolution practices which conform to ICC regulations.
