Taras Kyslyy to speak at the IVth Ukrainian School on Intellectual Property Law
The IVth Ukrainian School on Intellectual Property Law will be held in Kyiv on February 15-16, 2014. The event is organized by Kyiv branch of Ukrainian Bar Association Students League.
The School is organized to popularize the knowledge in the sphere of intellectual property law, thorough and comprehensive analysis of current legislation and judicial practice. Students representing major educational institutions of Ukraine and leading IP lawyers will participate in the event.
Taras Kyslyy, Counsel, Head of Intellectual Property/TMT practice of EPAM in Ukraine, will deliver his presentation on the topic "Practical Aspects of Non-admission of Distribution of Infringing Goods in Ukraine. Use of Customs Register of the Objects of Intellectual Property and Control of Infringements on the Territory of Ukraine".
