Sergiy Grebenyuk to speak at the 3rd UBA Litigation Forum
On 3 October, 2014, the 3rd Litigation Forum, organized by Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA), will be held in Kyiv.Sergiy Grebenyuk, Counsel, Co-head of White Collar Crime Practice of EPAM Ukraine, will speak at the event.
Forum participants will discuss the following issues:
- Reform of the court system;
- Litigation reforms;
- Civil and commercial proceedings;
- Criminal proceedings;
- Court proceedings containing international element.
Sergiy Grebenyuk will deliver his presentation on the topic “Choosing measures of restraint” during the session on criminal proceedings.
